Shipping & Delivery

Play Bonito ships across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

• Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days.
• Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (available in select cities).
• Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999.
• Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 10–12 business days.

Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every Play Bonito purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return eligibility

• Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Final sale items, innerwear, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
• Items marked "Non-Returnable" on the product page cannot be returned.

Refund process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Store credit refunds are processed within 24 hours of return approval.
